Sometimes a company just does a job so well it deserves to be mentioned. this is one of those cases.
My metal lathe broke down at about 3:30 Wednesday afternoon. I placed an order for the parts at a little after 4:00. UPS already had it in their possession at 8:00 that same evening and as of this morning it is out for delivery here in Reno.
The Little Machine Shop could not have gotten it here much faster if they had personally driven it to me.
For anyone that owns the mini metal lathe or milling machines. I highly recommend this company for parts or accessories. They seem to realize that they are preventing down time and have gone above and beyond to minimize it.
