This is a lithopane of Vida, my daughter's 150 lb. "little girl" who left us last Fall. She was a wonderful Great Dane/Mastiff lap dog. I have also included the original photo I used for the lithopane. It is carved from .25" x 8" x 10" Corian.

In my youth my Aunt raised Great Danes. EVERY one I came into contact with was as sweet as could be... as they knocked you over in affection! Once a month she had a swimming pool and they all had 'bath time.' A great swirl of foam and splashing as they loved it! 14 at a time. Nice memory, thank you

Very nice indeed, and a good looking dog! We lost ours this past year as well and have a few momento's around, it's amazing how much they are missed!
