lime-green blank

I'm looking for a lime green pen blank that is similar in color to the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue trucks. I'm a firefighter for them and have had a couple of requests to make some of the Fireman's pens with a color similar to our trucks. Tried to PM Brooks about making some, but haven't gotten a reply so far.
