I see this quite often and am wondering how or why someone would "like" something anonymously. I know when I like something it puts my name next to it. However, here lately I have seen several post where there was no name just the number (1). :bulgy-eyes:

Why is this?

If you look at this one it shows 2 likes but only my name.

There's a bug in the Like module that doesn't clean up when a member who has liked a post is banned or deleted. It should decrement the counter. I can go in to manually clean those up, but I have not done it lately.

I noticed some guy a while back was just liking posts in threads left and right, but I had never seen him post before ... so on a lark, I clicked his username and checked his stats ..

Well, I sent that pic to Jeff last week, and he took care of it, but now there's a ton of those anonymous likes all over the forums.

He was a spammer who made it through. Not a spammer because he liked a bunch of posts, but from the account info it was clear. Probably a bot, not a human.

I had one which I bought brand new sixty years ago. It was made for Sears (Craftsman) by King Seeley in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It was a fine lathe that I had (and used) until maybe fifteen years ago. No hate for Crafstman on my part - at least the good ones. LOL
