I have a customer that is interested in a lighter rollerball, Showed her the Jr Gent and she says it's a little too heavy

Is there a lighter rollerball kit that anyone knows of?

What material was on the pen you showed her? Could you use a different blank to save the weight?

it was Cocobolo and I turned that one down as far as i dare its fairly straight, and the cap is completely straight same dia end to end.

CSUSA's Chicago has a mini roller and the Manhattan has a full sized roller. Both are lighter than a Gent. The Chicago is the lighter of the two. Kitless allows you to be SUPER light.

Churchills are a little lighter than Jr. Gents too.

The Sedona would be a good choice.

Sedona, Baron, Navigator are more meatier (body material) than the Churchill/El Grande.

That said, the weight, more often, comes from the metal.
Consider a closed-end ?
