I'm curious about something. Obviously, the Marine Corps takes licensing seriously. So you are licensed to sell the blanks. If someone buys the blanks from you, do they also need to be licensed to sell the pens made from them?

I suppose if it were a problem, and they found out, they would tell you about it. The recruiter never told me about this stuff!
