I am looking for a 1-8 faceplate with left handed threads to be a base for the handwheel on my new Delta.

It looks like Grizzly used to sell them, but they are out of production. Anyone know of another place to get them?

And yes, there are pics of the new lathe. Go to the tools forums.

If it makes you feel any better I have a 6" one given to me about 40ish years ago and it has a slot for the drive dog used on old metal lathes. It has the same left and right hand threads cut into it. It's not necessarily a bad idea since there is plenty of cast iron to hold the faceplate to the shaft. How big are your hands anyway! ;)
