Hi Everyone,
Because of the economy, my wife and I have to leave Las Vegas:frown: and move to the Dallas TX area. Actually, she has been there for a year while me and the dog were left behind to try and sell our home here. We are considering Waxahachie, and I just wanted to know if any of the members here have any thoughts good or bad about that area. I know Waxahachie isn't Vegas but pretty soon Vegas won't be Vegas anymore. Thanks in advance.

Bob

Other than todays bank hold up Waxahachie seems to be a good place to be. I live on the opposite side of DFW and if it were not for the commute I might consider Waxahachie myself. More land available in that neck of the woods than in my parts. So consider your drive times.

Depends on where you are going to work. I live in Granbury, Tx, but am retired and do not have to drive into the metroplex. Waxahachie is nice, but growing very rapidly, but believe you will enjoy that area.

I think it sucks!!!!!!!!! That you are leaving, I live in pahrump and did not even know you were there. :frown: And now you are gone.
