I ordered an inlay kit and a box from Constant smack between Christmas and Thanksgiving. Constant got it shipped in record time, but when the box arrived, it was missing a piece.

I called him this morning to see if I was missing something and he was very helpful and professional. He quickly realized the problem and is sending out a replacement.

In today's service climate, it is refreshing to see a company that cares about its customers and works with them to resolve issues that arise.

Constant is great. The last order I placed was a big surprise. Along with my order I found a free Puzzle Lazer Kit for a Navigater. Over the Christmas holidays I made the pen and my wife quickly claimed it for a great Christmas gift for a good friend. Now I'll have to order one.
