Lazerlinez tube and bushing alt?

Anyone know if there is and tubes or bushing that can be used for replacements?

For the Coyote pen Kit, Desire Pen kit

or the tube and bushing dimensions?

Coyote is 3/8 tube. I found extra tubes for Desire at woodcraft. Not sure if they have anymore.
