Lathe Wizard

I have recently purchased a Lathe Wizard with all of the attachments and need an assist. Something just doesn't seem right with it.
Anyone out there have one that they have used on a fairly regular basis that would be willing to help me out?
What I could really use are some pictures of the set up. The instructions aren't the best and I really think that I must have something wrong because the top base that the router would mount to doesn't move very easily.
