Can anyone please tell me of min. Order of laser blank that would needed to buy from any of the companies that make the blanks

You can buy one blank...assuming it's a blank they already make...

If you're looking for a custom job, you'll have to contact them directly, I'd think.

I believe that will depend on the intricacy of your design. Simple? They might do 6-10

Very intricate=much greater programming time=higher cost and greater minimum.
