Laser Engraver Error

After cleaning the NEJE and oiling the ways and drive screw, I tried engraving a pen. As the photo shows the image "jumped" on the lower portion. Anybody have any ideas as to what's happened?





Edit for Clarity: The entire lower portion of the image is shifted; the yellow lines highlight where it's most obvious.

I'm guessing you have a 4th axis that rotates the pen. Looks like maybe it skipped, maybe some oil got on the drive band.
