Okay, so if I am trying to laminate acrylic pieces together to make a blank before prepping, I always end up with some slight imperfections in my seams.

I read in Show off pens that someone used Heat to help...

How would you do that to insure the seams are gapless?

Thanks

It's very hard to beat a good saw-and-blade combination. I typically use the tooling we have at our shop--- a Powermatic 66 tablesaw or a huge DeWalt 12" miter saw. Both are overkill but cost me nothing to use.
So long as you cut slowly, your saw has nearly NO runout, and you have a sharp blade, you should be able to cut some sweeeeeet joints in acrylic.
