Lacewood Slimline Pen & Pencil

Nothing fancy, a friend of LOML wanted them as slim as I could get it.

How does lace wood turn? I have been thinking of doing some. Is it brittle like palm?

Thanks everybody. I'm still learning. The actual turning looks to be darker and more grainy than the blank and it turned like a soft wood.It is a very pretty wood and its one that I will go back to.
