Kittles FP in cocobolo

Fountain pen made of cocobolo with ebonite section in a matt finish. Block no.6 nib and standard converter. And for the first time I decided to start to fully line the inside of the wooden cap with ebonite, tired to experience nib drying out in a day or even less. Much work but finally the result is worth the effort!
Out of curiosity, which technique do you use to line the inside of the caps?

I've usually lined the wood by making the ebonite parts first (cutting all the threads). Then I drill the wood and glue the ebonite into it, and turn the wood again to make sure it is concentric.
