Hello everyone

I was considering making some pencils (something along the lines of the Sketch or Mini Sketch pencils) and I was wondering if anyone has seen what I suppose you would call kitless lead holders - for 3mm or 5.6mm lead? I did some searching around here and elsewhere and wasn't finding anything.

Just coming up with ideas while we are on vacation and I can't actually turn anything….

Yeah - I'd seen that - but had not found a reseller.

It may be the kits are they way to go with some modifications.
Check Milan - he has one type listed on his website, if you email or call him he might have others which aren't listed.

Fair enough. I also was under the impression the sketch pencils were static in the holders, not screw or click advances. I though it would just be making a collet that a cap threads onto to clamp the lead.
That's true - they aren't screw or twist advances - but a push of the button at the top of the pencil opens then collet to move the lead in or out
