Could be a stainless steel kit from Lazerlinez.com, but I couldn't guess the name. . The cabochon on top of the cap does not ring a bell. . I don't think Lazerlinez makes or sells any stainless kits any more.

Any possibility its a Marksman Pen? Before being incorporated by Lazerlinez.

Looks like a Marksman Eagle, although as said above, the capuchin is unfamiliar to me.

Constant has been moving his facility. He told me via email that he hopes to get back into production this month.

The kit definetly looks like a Marksman kit. It could have been originally made by the creator of the Marksman pen kit before he sold the rights to lazerline.
