One little drawback is that setup assumes (I think) that the grinder base is small and rectangular. My Delta grinder has a hexagonal base which is as wide as the wheel centers, making it impossible to mount it the way the instructions want it mounted. So, I fiddled around some, and have yet to get it down perfectly, but my grind angles are at least consistent now.
