hello there,
I have only been turning pens for ten months,some success and lots of failures! wood splitting etc, have read every book i can find,spent a small fortune on blanks and pen kits if only my girlfriend knew !! the work shop is my place the girlfriend is banned! great to be a member of iap will post some pics of my pens for you all to see and comment on,

Although my wife isn't in to the whole pen thing, you'd be better off getting her hooked too! The only problem, you may need another lathe!
