I can only offer my apologies that this transaction took so long...first my supplyer delayed the start of the manufacturing process, then to make matters worse they shipped my order to the wrong buyer. I suspect someone has more influence than I have with them.

None of that is really of much interest to the buyers though, it did hurt your plans and may have disrupted your schedules and for that I am truely sorry.

I did offer to release you from your agreement and refund your payment and thankfully, great bunch of people you are, only one buyer asked for a refund.

Yesterday and today I did make the post office happy spending something over $400 in postage. All items were shipped priority mail.

While gone I did not have access to a computer...my sister-in-law is 89 years old and has no use for modern technology, she can barely work the TV remote. I felt that she needed my company more than I needed to check and/or send emails.

My thanks to all of you for being so patient.

No appology necessary from my perspective. You can't control the supplier and as we all know, sometimes life has a way of thorowing you a curve ball every once in a while and you have to stop what you're doing to take care of things.

As of yesterday all of the kits have been shipped and as of today people are starting to receive them.....
Thank you to everyone for your patience...to those who have asked if I'll do it again..that remains to be seen. I have an easier method of handling the ordering now, but dealing with the supplier was a pain in the toosh...the final decision will depend on the quality of the kits.

Got the kits this morning, Haven't had a chance to inspect them for completeness. Thank for all you had work and great communication
 
I received my kits and the bushings/tubes. I also moved to an email system without spam filters so I don't miss the convos.

I got my kits on Thursday and had a chance to inspect them that night. All was well and I hope to turn a few this weekend. Thanks for the great communication and running a buy like this. I will buy more from you in the future.

Man you guys make me sick, he just put the darn things in the mail how can you get them that fast. I bet it will be a least 2 more weeks before I get mine, Oh wait a min it's October and the dog sleds are running already, so make that a month.

Don't feel bad Lin, I'm in the same boat. Patience is a virtue except when it comes to receiving pen kits.:wink::biggrin:

Got mine the other day>...I appreciate you doing the work on this for us...Sorry things have been bad for you lately....hope better days are ahead....I was never in a rush for them to begin with so it was no hardship waiting a bit longer, and it was out of your control anyway. Received my package as well yesterday. They look good in chrome and the price certainly can't be beat. Thanks Leroy.
