Wow! It's amazing how much just a little bit of aluminum can really add to those pens. They look great! For some reason, putting metal on my lathe, in any form, and spinning it around just scares me... but I may have to try it.

Don't be scared, I'ts nowhere near as bad as it seems.

Well, Steve, you have really mastered the herringbone. Something I just haven't had the guts to try yet. I really like all the HB pens you have posted. Haven't been able to pick a favorite. Really nice work.

Sharp pen, the brass and aluminum really add a different dimension to the herring bone pattern.
