Jet 1642 Bearing Change

Just got through watching both videos and enjoyed them both. Have same lathe although mine a lot older and doesn't need bearings. Did not have a clue on what to do!

I didn't watch the video, I don't have the bigger lathe yet, mine is the JET1442... I've rebuilt the head stock a number of times so far, changing bearings, Reeves pulleys, Spindle and the motor pulleys... I've now got it down to about 45 minutes to change the bearings, spindle and Reeves pulleys.... now if I could just get the worm drive on the Reeves speed lever correct so I don't have calculate my speed setting...
