I pulled the motor off and brought it to an electric motor repair shop. I explained the motor was getting very hot, to hot to touch for more then 2 or 3 seconds, so he said he would tear it apart find what out what was going on. I received a call later in the day, (Tom the motor repair guy), he told he cleaned and checked everything and the only thing he found was the pulley had shifted and was rubbing on the housing. He said he let it run for a while and it stayed cool, so I will put it together today and see what happens.
Thanks for you help.
