Does anyone have a Jet 1014 VS for sale? Secondly, is there another lathe with electronic variable speed that is comperable?

John -- Jet moved to a 1015 model to replace the 1014. There are also some nice 12 inch lathes on the market.

Besides Jet, Rikon, Delta, and Nova Comet are good iron.

There have been sales on Rikon and Nova Comet recently.

I have one of the PSI conversion units and it is optimistically rated for HP with a speed control that will probably disappoint after your use of the Jet 1014vs.

From what I am learning, I can take your 1014 and upgrade it with a PSI conversion and have my variable speed. What do you want for your 1014?

I have one but it's on a stand I would like to sell as a package
