Is there any interest in shop-made fordite? The blanks would be 3/4 x 3/4 x (5 - 6) inches. They will be made from powder-coat paint (powder that is heat cured). The anticipated price would be $35 or less. Post here if interested.

Here is a picture of the ones I have already made.

It looks like the layers are MUCH thicker than the original Fordite that I've used. There will certainly be a significant difference in the appearance of the items made from this material.

The layers are thicker, they are about 0.015 inches thick. There are 7 colors used, so the white layers occur every 7 layers. The individual colors are hard to see in the photos. The colors used are signal red, signal white, dark blue, primer gray, vermillion, medium green and sliver. The layers are uneven so patterns emerge when cut.
