Is there a replacement for the Uniball 207 Gel?

Other than the Uniball 207 Gel cartridge replacing a Parker BP cartridge on a Sierra Click, is there another cartridge (not gel) that can be used?

I'm attempting to eliminate the chrome extension, rather than making the pen body shorter as the pen is already completed!

I'm guessing by the silence of the 49 members that viewed my post, there is no cartridge other than the Uniball 207 Gel that can be used to replace the Parker BP on a Sierra Click pen.

On to the next question then, do you know of a source where I can buy them in a quantity of 25 or so at a discounted price?
