Ok, I don't know if it's me or what. I have been getting dented and scratched parts from PSI. I call them and they will send replacements, but it is getting old!
I ordered a Brush/Razor stand. The base was dented. I called and they will send a replacement. This is what I got!
The one with the arrow is the first one I got, the other photo is what I got today. Man, this is frustrating! I am going to have to find another vendor for these I guess.

I would call them and tell them you need yet again, another replacement and that if they pay for it, you will send back the damaged items, where is the QC?
 
Exactly Seamus, where is the QC? That is what I asked. I am about ready to give up on this company.

I also had a recent issue, bought 10 boxes for bottle stoppers and 4 were cracked. Not a big surprise seeing they were dumped in an oversized box along with stoppers and blanks. I have not had any other problems with PSI so hoping this is not a trend
 
I can deal with an occasional problem. But this is reoccurring for me.

I bought an american flag kit from them once, when i received it the kit was used it had a tube already glued in. I called and they said I would have to talk to a tech. They tranfered me and some guy got on I couldn't understand. Finally I got transfered back to the front they said I needed to talk to the manufactuer they just sell them. I asked to talk to a manager and they said I would have to email my issues to them. I then cancelled the order and sent everything back. Never ordered again. Its a shame
