Is all CA good CA?

I am using super Glue that I get at Wallmart.I get it for $1 for 5 small tubes. I am still sometimes getting a cloudy finish. Could this have anything to do with it[?]

it really isn't worth trying to save money on the glue. I tried some of the cheap ca from a flea market, I think it was also $1 for 5 tubes, and within a week my pens had a yellow tint to them. spend the extra couple dollars and get the good stuff or go with epoxy

I buy all my CA from wood working stores but use Hot Stuff CA for my finishes. It seems to go on smoother for some reason.

Mannie (Monty) has good stuff and it's less expensive than buying it locally.

The CA you can buy at places like Wally World, Home Depot, Lowes, etc is just garbage compared to the stuff you can buy from people like Mannie or even a good hobby store. I tried CA from Home Depot when I first started and quickly learned that even the thicker CA they sell sets up in about 2-3 seconds, not good for gluing in tubes. Now I use 15 minute epoxy I buy at a hobby shop.
