Ink Refills

Not totally happy with ballpoint ink cartridges that come with Sierra kits. Ballpoint writes ok but after you lay the pen down a bit it takes a little to get it writing again. is this common for ballpoints? Or is it the cheap cartridges that come with the kits? Do yall replace with better ballpoint refills? I have also tried easy flow 9000 rollerball, almost to much ink. Suggestions?

If you do not like the 9000, the Fisher refills are what I use in my every day pen. Always writes on most anything anywhere.

The cheap refills that come with the components are not anything to be proud of -- I usually pack a good refill with the new pens. Most like the 9000, but I also like the Fisher.

You also might check out the Parker Style Gel replacements. Like the Easy Flow 9000 these are available from many vendors by Private Reserve, but in a variety of colors.
