Might try putting it in a zip file and sending it. Will change it from 9.5 down to probably a couple hundred kb.

You must a more efficient copy of zip than I have!!!

Actually tried this and it reduces it 3.8Mb, not kb.

Without knowing John's ISP file attachment limit (I have asked him to obtain this) I'm can't go any further.
