Trying to help a friend ID this infill. It's from an Olight pen/flashlight. It's a bolt action clicker. Private labeled for them.

Any ideas?

I see a few people are having trouble finding ink for it, but can't find anything that shows where to get it. It says it should be available on their site for free, but it shows out of stock there.
