Individual silicone blank molds

I'm looking for casting molds for individual pen blanks. I don't want those with holes in the ends; I want to cast rectangular cylinders. I'm looking for 1x1x5" negatives, something like the attached image.

I want something that will fit in my pressure pot, which means roughly 8x8". I want two or three negatives in each mold. My Google-fu is generally pretty good, but I cannot find anybody selling these and I'd rather not make it myself.

I'd like as few as one and as many as five, depending on the price.
