Ideas needed for Jan birthstone pen

Thanks for viewing. Looking for an idea about making a Jan birthstone pen for my daughter, over 30. Garnet is her birthstone. Any suggestions?

Rod; PSI has a Gothica Twist pen kit that has a Siam Swarovski crystal in the clip and on the end cap. Looks great in the Antique Copper. My wife's birthday is also in January, so I might also use the PSI Skeleton Key Twist Pen kit (key to my heart) in Gold, use red alcohol Dye to change the background color to red, and also add several Siam crystals to the top and cross center. Here are some photos of one I changed to blue to give you an idea of what a change it makes. Jim S

There is always PSI. They carry or used to carry the Princess and Diva kits that have birthstones on them. Not sure if they have what you are looking for because I am not sure they are birthstones. Maybe you could replace the stones there with ones you need. You can get those on ebay or craft stores.
