Little trick if you're experiencing latency and want to track down where it's coming from --
*Windows operating systems -- apples are for eating
Start => Run (start => search box for win7)
Type: CMD
This will open up a command prompt window
Type tracert website address -- example: tracert penturners.org
This will give you a readout like :
