I want a different kind of "click" style pen

I want a different kind of "click" style pen. Does anyone make a click pen where the upper half of the pen is the clicker? Every click style I've seen has a "button top" style clicker. I was hoping to find something that does not have the button sticking out the top of the pen.

Berea Hardwoods once sold a "click (push) ballpoint pen, could not find it on website.
Does say no longer available under introductory section. Still listed in old catalog on page 18.

You might call Arizona Silhouette and see if they have any left. I may have gotten the last ones.

HUT has an Ameroclassic Click Pen that I believe has this feature. At least it did years ago when I tried it. They were a little touchy about the fit to get them to 'click' properly. I only made a few. Checked their website and they still have them.
