Anyone have a good connection with CSUSA or PSI?

I have had difficulty getting any response from them this year - as we're generally quite negative on the IAP toward the big vendors. I can't get a response from these two via email, so I was wondering if anyone deals with the upper management on a semi-regular basis.

Might contact Roy, he has thrown around the name of the general manager several times (Ben Williams).

Or you could contact "Dave At CSUSA" member who initially gave us his full name, "Dave Nish" (son of Dale Nish??)
