Hey guys,
As some of you know I just picked up a new to me Bandsaw. Well the Dust Port is a joke to say the least (older saw). I want to add a 4" dust port to the bottom door of the saw. To do this a hole is needed where there is not one.....go figure right?
I have a couple of options (in reverse order of preference):
1. Destroy to door w/ my jigsaw and likely cut myself on the sharp edges that will be left while I over cut the hole.....
2. Go to HF and buy their HoleSaw set for $20 and waste over an hour round trip and money on crud I dont need while I am there.
3. See if someone in my area has a 3.5"OD Hole Saw they would not mind me using to make this one cut.
If you are in my area and would not mind me borrowing your Hole Saw please let me know.
