I need a couple of blanks made

I am hoping someone here can help. I need a couple of custom blanks made for a pen that I want to make. The blanks need to have racing stripes down the middle like the Ford GT. I have included a picture of what I am looking for. I'd need at least 2 blanks that are 3/4" x 3/4" x 5"

Anyone know who or where I could go for these?

I'm not sure who could do it for you, but I know I needed something similar with dead straight lines I found some flat pieces of Corian that were the same color and laminated them together. I found either casting or cutting blanks to size like that was just too much of a pain to get them perfectly straight. Sometimes you can even get cast off of material at your local home improvement store for close to nothing as well.
