I have my fingers crossed

I don't post much, but I try to stop by every day. During my short time being here, I've noticed that people like to share milestones and good news.
I'm really excited and thought I would share with the great people of the forum.

Well, some of you may know that I lost my job due to downsizing just before Christmas. I have been on the search since then and I finally have an interview tomorrow. It's for something I've never done before, but I'm pretty sure I can learn it if given the opportunity. If I am fortunate enough to acquire the position, it will mean relocating. Besides having employment, we will have the added benefit of being closer to family.

Thanks for reading my rambling and allowing me to share my excitement.

Well, I found out that I am one of several applicant's for a position that is supposed to become available.
I feel the interview went well, but I won't find out a definitive answer for another one to two weeks.
I'm staying positive and I thank you for the well wishes.
