I am finally back after a long absence here on the forum. I just had to step back and get some things done and some days I would get up at 3am to start my day.

As some of you already know, I have purchased a Swiss CNC machine to manufacture small metal parts in my case it would be pen parts for now.
It has been a long road to get to this point with a lot of headaches.
Well the machine was finally installed the last week of November and then some training for two weeks.
I thought I had a pretty good understanding of machining and what is involved but this was a different story. The learning curve is very steep and the school fees are pretty high (cost of mistakes).

I am glad to say that I can setup and run the machine by myself and making parts. There are still a lot to learn but I am very pleased with my progress in only two weeks.
I have a whole list of products that will be released in the next few months and the hope is that it would make live easier for a lot of you out there. Some of the items are gadgets that I came up with to help me in my workshop.

Lazerlinez is still doing well and I am going to release quite a few new kits sometime in January and I must say without the input of members here and the other clients it would have been a completely different experience.

THANK YOU everyone for your support over the years and years to come.

Welcome back, when are the Marine pens going up for sale??

as a former Marine I know you know the importance of hurry up, get in line and wait....get in line and wait....(he said with acknowledging smile). I'm in line too, just not sure which end of the line I'm closest too.

I did speak with Constant recently. He assured me they are coming. Lots of parts so no projecteted date. currently have orders for several when they become available.

Good to go, he teased us with this months ago, then he just kinda disappeared...

I am turning from pens to turkey calls here real soon, so I want to get a few put down before thunder chicken times rolls in on me.

I've seen the machine. I've seen some of the parts (components) Constant has made.
As far as I'm concerned it's PFM. You need to be part artist, part engineer and part computer programmer.
I would only be qualified to put the metal rods in the infeed hopper.

Hmmm. Maybe we could get "How Its Made" to come and do a show.

I make the Marine & the Navy kits available tonight, I have to warn you it is a beast to build but it looks good when done. I guess it is like becoming a Marine, not everyone will be successful but those who are can stand up Proud.

I have to modify the instructions first so everyone can understand it, I hope.

Constant, put me down for 5. Along with that other project we discussed, email me with price since they are not up on your site yet. Thanks
