Do I understand this correctly that you are laser cutting the pattern in the blank, removing the center shape, and also cutting out "fillers" from another blank to assemble into the first blank? If so, that's a lot of work and impressive results. I really like where you're going with this.

That's exactly how I'm doing it, it's not really a lot of work.
