Hybrid pencil box

Hello folks

I cast a few of these blanks a few weeks ago and finally got around to turning this one today.
its 61mm wide by 70mm tall or 2 3/8" by 2 3/4" (ish)

They are good fun to make and cast but can blunt HSS quickly so i used a mixture of carbide and HSS.

I am beginning to gather some pencils to make a small bowl. Can you use epoxy or do you cast in a resin?

David: I cast a solid blank of pencils and resin but epoxy should work too if you've got the time to build it up in layers
