You know, I never understood why that technique worked, except for
the shock value. I mean .. you'd always hear about someone choking
in a restaurant and someone did the maneuver and the person spit out
whatever they were choking on. I just assumed it was so shocking that
they expelled the food. Then I found out it wasn't spelled 'hind lick'.
