Ed and Dawn did an absolutely awesome job of customer service addressing and correcting an issue with a discount not being applies correctly on their website. Glitches happen, what matters is how they are dealth with and I could not have expected anything more. they were doing all this at 8:30 to nearly 10:00 PM last night.

Certainly earned a good deal of loyalty from this customer last night. Great work Ed & Dawn.

I would deal with them every time for their great service and excellent customer care. I could go on and cheer for them again here for the times i purchased from them but I have praised them in the past. I'd hate for Ed to get a big head :wink::biggrin:.
