Been reading here for a while and like what I see, great work and photos. I just ordered and recived a pressure pot and vacuum pump and hope to turn my first pen soon. My dad started me turning about 5 years ago by giving me his harbor frieght lathe then ordered a new lathe for himself. After turning a few things I got myself a 12 x 21 jet and added a 28" extension to it so I could make myself a wood fly rod case after getting hassled by TSA with my aluminum case that looked like a pipe. Turning rod cases has turned my hobby into a way to support my habit.
