How much pressure

Hi everyone I was wondering if someone would be so kind and tell me how much pressure I need when using the Alumilite clear and casting a pen blank. I can't stand the odor of the casting resin I have been using and want to give the Alumilite a try.

He states that Alumilite recommends 40lbs (but if your pressure pot is capable of greater pressure like his is) use up to 80 lbs. Most pressure pots are limited to 40lbs! DO NOT exceed your pot's limit!

My pot is rated at 80 lbs and I cast most of mine at 60 lbs but I have cast with as little as 25 lbs with good results.

I cast clear alumilite bubble free at 40 psi. I use 60 psi when casting with wood to ensure it's driven into the crevices.

I use 60psi and never had a bubble that I know of. Alumilite says 40psi. I just have such good luck at 60, I've been afraid to try 40.
