Very well done. I have the same HF dust collector with a Cartridge filter and a separator. I will be building the THIEN separator. Just a thought but in the manifold you have with the drop down tubes, it appears that your 90 deg. fittings are in backwards. If you switch those around the airflow should be smoother. Also you might consider straightening out the 5" hose between the filter housing and the plenum.
