My brother in law and I have developed a nice wine collection. Any body here have 36 Bottle wine cooler.refrigerator they could recomend. Dual Zone would be good. I know there are 2 type of cooling which is better.
 
just refrigerate the room with a air conditioning unit. close the door from the rest of the home. keeping wine at a steady temperature even if its higher is better than up and down i keep my room at 58 degrees all year round
 
Remember to that different wines need to be kept at different temp/humidity. Reds vs whites for example. We see huge extremes in temp here so stability is critical. Since you're about 3 hours from me...you understand!! We have an cellar/basement that stays are an amazing 62*! Short of that, find a nice dark closet that you can close off and dedicate for storage and aging.
