hello, a while back someone posted pics of pens they made totally from scratch. I believe they were from the UK. anyone know who it was?

You probably mean Skiprat, He does wonderous things with parts that were never intended to be in a pen.

these were made from acrylic and looked almost like old fountain pens

But I'm pretty sure he means Bryan - Luke39uk - he make his classic style fountain pen from scratch. Fantastic stuff too.
Unfortunately he does not post very often[]
